At-a-Glance

In this school project, every group member played dual roles as both client and designer for one another. Each individual created an imaginary company and tasked their partner. For my part, I initiated the process by presenting my partner with a Creative Brief. I researched my client's competitors, gained valuable insights, and actively listened to my client's ideas and preferences. Utilizing this input, I developed my design, continuously iterating based on the client's feedback. Ultimately, I successfully brought this project to life by coding the website.

Client's need

This project gave me valuable insights into customer communication and the process of discussing their requirements. Before starting the design phase, I learned the importance of conducting market research and thoroughly analyzing competitor strengths and weaknesses. Moreover, the web publishing process deepened my understanding of collaborative teamwork between designers and developers, a skill that I believe will prove invaluable in my future career.
Market Research

North America is a key market in the mechanical keyboard market. 2020 has helped the keyboard market grow with the prolonged telecommuting and the introduction of online classes for students due to the COVID-19 outbreak. The keyboard market will continue to grow due to the growth of the game market even after the Pandemic.

Main Target

Mammoth Keyboard's target audience comprises those aged 20 to 30 interested in gaming and software development. These individuals, typically enthusiasts of cutting-edge technology, are inclined to invest in premium, high-quality keyboards. They often make purchasing decisions based on recommendations from tech YouTubers and online product reviews.
